整合素αvβ6 是由αv 和β6 亞基組成的異二聚體跨膜受體，屬于整合素家族成員，其胞 外域通過(guò)識別含 RGD（精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸）序列的配體介導細胞與細胞外基質(zhì)的相 互作用，主要在上皮細胞中低表達，但在組織損傷、纖維化、炎癥及惡性腫瘤中顯著(zhù)上調， 成為疾病治療的潛在靶點(diǎn)。該整合素的主要配體包括細胞外基質(zhì)蛋白如纖維連接蛋白 （Fibronectin）、層粘連蛋白（Laminin）以及潛活形式的 TGF-β，后者通過(guò)與αvβ6 結合被 激活為活性形式，驅動(dòng)纖維化和免疫抑制微環(huán)境形成；此外，αvβ6 還可作為口蹄疫病毒 （FMDV）等病原體的入侵受體。 |
