| TIE2（酪氨酸激酶受體）主要表達于血管內皮細胞表面的受體，胞外區含免疫球蛋白 域 （結合 ANG ） 、 EGF 樣域 （介導二聚化） ； 胞內區含酪氨酸激酶活性位點(diǎn) （Y1100/Y1108）。被配體激活后通過(guò) PI3K/AKT 和 MAPK 通路調控內皮細胞存活、遷移 及血管屏障功能。在病理狀態(tài)下（如膿毒癥、腫瘤），TIE2 信號異常導致血管滲漏或異常 增生。 | |
