| I. Background | |
| IL-3（白細胞介素-3）是一種由活化 T 細胞、NK 細胞、肥大細胞等產(chǎn)生的多效性造血 生長(cháng)因子，核心功能是促進(jìn)多譜系造血祖細胞存活、增殖與分化，尤其調控嗜堿性粒細胞、 肥大細胞、巨噬細胞等髓系/淋系細胞發(fā)育，同時(shí)參與炎癥、過(guò)敏及腫瘤免疫微環(huán)境重塑。 IL3R（CD123/CD131）基因編碼的受體是白細胞介素-3（IL-3）的關(guān)鍵受體，由α（CD123） 和β（CD131）兩個(gè)亞基組成，屬于細胞因子受體超家族。α亞基（CD123）特異性結合 IL- 3，決定受體特異性，而β亞基（CD131，又稱(chēng)共同β鏈）與 IL-5、GM-CSF 受體共享，形成 異二聚體或寡聚體以傳遞信號。該受體通過(guò)激活 JAK-STAT、PI3K-Akt 和 Ras-MAPK 等通 路，調控造血細胞的增殖、分化及存活，在早期造血調控中起核心作用，促進(jìn)髓系、紅系 等多系祖細胞的集落形成。 | |
