FGFR2B 是成纖維細胞生長(cháng)因子受體 2（FGFR2）的剪接變體之一，屬于受體酪氨酸激酶（RTK）家族，由胞外配體結合域（含三個(gè)免疫球蛋白樣結構域）、跨膜區及胞內酪氨酸激酶域組成。其特異性由外顯子 IIIb 的選擇性剪接決定，主要在上皮細胞表達，與間質(zhì)細胞來(lái)源的 FGFR2C（IIIc 剪接變體）形成旁分泌信號軸，調控上皮-間質(zhì)相互作用。
